The State of Our Young Men:

With few good role models, the state of younger men in this country is sad, and their future bleak. Brassroots was founded on the belief that younger generations deserve solid role models, not online personalities who make content made to outrage, and isolate.

Founded by Brandon Stearns, a retired US Navy veteran, father and stepfather—Brassroots aims to fill the gap between fatherless young men, and a demanding world that would rather see them fail.

Grass and Brass:

Grass And Brass is a 3 day event, hosted in Northern Alabama.
It’s goal is to raise awareness and act as a media event for Brassroots.

Our game plan is two fold:

— Engage & Excite

Get patrons excited about an event with likeminded people where we can have fun, learn, and relax.

02.

— Impact & Source

Use the audience to raise awareness and resources for the Non-profit. As the event succeeds, so does the non profit, and vice versa.

I’m so thankful for Brassroots & everyone involved

D has always been interested in hunting & fishing. He begged his uncles and they had little to do with him. Around age 5 one of his uncles got him 2 times. Picked him up late & I had to get him early the next morning. D got to build a fire & cook over it. He was used as a fb photo shoot to show how my brother was such a great uncle to his little adopted nephew. D spent the next 5 years calling him & begging to go again. He was lied to, sent to voicemail and then yelled at for bothering him. The school started insisting he’s ADD & needing medicated. D started saying he didn’t belong anywhere. D was so excited after his hunting trip & this past weekend. Brassroots showed up for him. For once he felt welcomed & that he belonged. Thank you all so much. -T-
